【摘要】:1.1Thisspecificationcovershighmagnesium(Note1)marineapplicationaluminum-alloy(Note2),inthosealloy-tempersshowninTable1[Table2]andTable3[Table4],forflatsheet,coiledsheet,andplate,inthemillfinishthatareintendedformarineandsimilarenvironments:Note18212;Thetermhighmagnesiuminthegeneralsenseincludesthosealloyscontaining3%ormorenominalmagnesium.Note28212;Throughoutthisspecificationuseofthetermalloyinthegeneralsenseincludesaluminumaswellasaluminumalloy.1.2AlloyandtemperdesignationsareinaccordancewithANSIH35.1/H35.1(M).TheequivalentUnifiedNumberingSystemalloydesignationsarethoseofTable5precededbyA9,forexample,A95083for5083inaccordancewithPracticeE527.1.3ThevaluesstatedineitherSIunits(Table2andTable4)orinch-poundunits(Table1andTable3)aretoberegardedseparatelyasstandard.Thevaluesstatedineachsystemmaynotbeexactequivalents;therefore,eachsystemshallbeusedindependentlyofeachother.Combiningvaluesfromthetwosystemsmayresultinnon-conformancewiththestandard.1.4Foracceptancecriteriaforinclusionofnewaluminumandaluminumalloysinthisspecification,seeAnnexA2.1.5Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
