【摘要】:1.1Thesetestmethodscoverproceduresforthesamplingandtestingofbrickandstructuralclaytile.Althoughnotnecessarilyapplicabletoalltypesofunits,testsincludemodulusofrupture,compressivestrength,absorption,saturationcoefficient,effectoffreezingandthawing,efflorescence,initialrateofabsorptionanddeterminationofweight,size,warpage,lengthchange,andvoidarea.(AdditionalmethodsoftestpertinenttoceramicglazedfacingtileareincludedinSpecificationC126.)1.2Thetextofthisstandardreferencesnotesandfootnoteswhichprovideexplanatorymaterial.Thesenotesandfootnotes(excludingthoseintablesandfigures)shallnotbeconsideredasrequirementsofthestandard.Note1-ThetestinglaboratoryperformingthistestmethodshouldbeevaluatedinaccordancewithPracticeC1093.1.3Unlessotherwiseindicated,thevaluesstatedininch-poundunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thevaluesgiveninparenthesesareforinformationonly.1.4Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
